Nothing is more American than a convenience cookie. This recipe can be followed or adapted to utilize whatever is in the pantry. You can also call this recipe clean out cookie bark. Just empty the pantry and pour anything you find onto the melted chocolate. I make bark with a wide array of toppings and seasonal themes. It’s is super easy and always impresses anyone present.

The recipe is completely malleable and can be custom tailored to your liking. I chose a trio of common cookie flavors, but you can top it however you like. This is an easy fix for when you don’t have time to bake but want to bring a sweet gift to a friend.
