Thus far, we’ve only presented two recipes for the Instant Pot or electric Pressure Cooker. Well folks today We’re dropping a new recipe on you all. Braised “Short Ribs” with Cauliflower Purée and Collard Greens.

The quotations around “Short Ribs” is because I live with someone, who may be the pickiest classically trained chef in existence. We can’t have Italian sausage, no chicken wings, and lord have mercy if there are bones in a rib. So I used country-style spare ribs in this version, but it works perfectly with actual short ribs. The bones will also add a different depth of flavor to the finished sauce. So if you ain’t picky, use the right cut of beef!

The final plate is beautiful and sure to satisfy. I broke up the components into individual recipes to make it a bit easier to navigate. Happy Cooking Everyone!!
