Jonathan here! Just want to welcome one and all to The Gilded Tongue. Here’s a little about me for you curious folks. I am a classically trained Chef, and have worked in several restaurants. I’ve consulted, catered, and worked in the private sector for some time. Call me unbalanced, but I love the food industry. It takes a special personality to love it, but I do. A little crazy, highly detailed, and completely coonass, pardon my Cajun French. 🙂

I just want to share my experiences and knowledge with the masses. If I can help you make every meal end in a smile, I’d be ecstatic!! There is nothing better than knowing your food just made someone genuinely happy.

The  Ultimate Goal: To help everyone cook with class and sass!!! Hence the name, The Gilded Tongue.
